HIDE & SEEK
A performance with the sculpture.
Form as a protagonist.
Movement in dialogue with the visual space.
Sound space.
Hide-and-seek between inside and outside,
protection and curiosity.
The human need for communication with others.

Performance as an art educator
The performance HIDE & SEEK arosed out of the need to educate anew an understanding of abstract, sculptural forms. The body of the performer serves as an immediately accessible figure for the viewer.
A story unfolds out of it, which can clarify the actual meaning of the sculpture.
Inside and outside, convex and concave as well as soft surfaces become clearer by giving a narrative function to their abstract qualities.
Art observation and appreciation can be expanded by using performative methods.
